Get busy this weekend with a quick hike outside Athens. These two places are perfect if you want to walk a bit but not too much. So leave your comfy house and get some sunshine in. I’m always searching for locations that offer incredible panorama views; these 2 locations are no exception. This is an easy hike of the day in Glyfada and Vouliagmeni.
3 Rocks Glyfada

We put in the GPS and drove until we couldn’t go by car. Finally, we reached a plateau area, and from there, we started walking up to the rocks. There is a group of 3 rocks; I imagine that’s where the name comes from. Spoiler alert, we never found these rocks cause we got off track. Initially, there was a clearly defined path until we realized we were fighting the bushes to reach the top. Even so, we did manage to find the fantastic view, and it’s incredible to see. As I walked, I suddenly started screaming. Something was moving in front of me; to my surprise, it was a tortoise.

After the hike, to had a great meal at Aladdin, a restaurant offering a perfect fusion of Middle Eastern and Greek food. In the afternoon, we relaxed, enjoying the sun, the delicious smoothies, and the comfy couches at Peñarrubia. This place was perfect for enjoying the sunset.
Faskomilia Hill
This hike outside Athens in the region of Vouliagmeni is straightforward. You are not going to get lost or trapped in the bushes. The road is comprehensive, and the area to walk is also vast. So you get a spectacular 360 degrees view. From where we left the car it took only 20 min of walking to reach the top.

We ended up eating again at Aladdin since we enjoyed the food the previous day so much. And after, we enjoyed the sunset and a drink at Riviera Coast. All I can say is that the evening was even better. A fantastic sunset was the perfect end of the day.
With this quick and easy hike in Glyfada and Vouliagmeni, I wish you a day full of good vibes, happiness, and peace.
